2. What to do when the Antichrist comes

When the Antichrist comes part 2.pdf

(Hebrews 5: 9-10) 9….to all who obey Him (Jesus), 10 called by God as High Priest according to the order of Melchizedek,

Do not doubt and never let go of the faith in our King and High Priest Jesus.
An explanation using the book of Hebrews (all quotations from the NKJV translation)
———————————————————————————————————

Don’t be gullible in this world, but be critical.
Know this, the Mainstream Media is no more than a propaganda portal, controlled through just a few channels. See also: 4. Youth; They want to mislead you!
Ask yourself; Is the recent news based on purposefully cultivated fear?
Where fear rules, there is panic and betrayal just around the corner.
In these last days the lie partner of Satan (John 8:44) will appear, the Antichrist:

(1 John 2:22) 22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son.

The Big Lie (German: Große Lüge) is a propaganda technique. The term was coined by Adolf Hitler and called it in his book ‘Mein Kampf’ a so colossal lie, that no one could believe that a person could do such brute force against the truth. See for this also: 7. No part of this world

In the previous article we talked about the glory of Jesus in heaven, the desire for the High Priesthood of Jesus and not to develop an unbelieving heart.

The theme of this article is; How we can arm ourselves spiritually against the liar, the coming Antichrist and a further consideration of Jesus’ task as the by God-appointed High Priest according to the composition of tasks of Melchizedek.

The global coronavirus looks – as we hear the info – like an aggressive flu.
But there was also a strong flu in 2017 – 2018, with about 80,000 deaths in the US alone. So far, 23,000 people have died this flu season in the U.S. alone, according to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
‘CDC estimates that so far this season there have been at least 38 million flu illnesses, 390,000 hospitalizations and 23,000 deaths from flu.’
The US forecast for this year: The number of flu deaths will be between 23,000 and 59,000.
Covid-19 should certainly not be underestimated, but do not be frightened by the large numbers of people (especially the elderly) who are currently dying. Old age and sick people die in large numbers every year due to age or illness.
Jesus speaks of contagious diseases (plural Matthew 24: 7, Luke 21:11), there are probably more to come. Fortunately, if we live on the new earth, that is all over.

Genetic modification, going against God’s unique creation

The world will look to NEOM (a new big city in Saudi Arabia) for next-generation gene therapy, genomics, stem cell research, Nano biology and bio-engineering.

The multi-billionaire Bill Gates, the vaccination and ‘genetic modification’ specialist has already been approached. (see photo above)
About ‘The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’ we have already written extensively, with the information at that time. (see: 2. The false prophet)
He has a substantial stake in Monsanto, which name became infected by the product ‘Roundup’ and the genetically modified seeds. Meanwhile, the company has been taken over by Bayer.
His vaccination program, where only African women were vaccinated against tetanus (stepping in rusty nails?), caused sterilization to all vaccinated women:

Tetanus vaccines found spiked with sterilization chemical to carry out race-based genocide against Africans:

Now he has another proposal for a ‘digital’ vaccination certificate for all people.
In other words, implanting a Nano chip through the vaccination needle.
What he wants is for governments – after the scaremongering – to oblige vaccination.
This Nano chip goes much further than just vaccinations. All social, medical and financial activities will be recorded in it. It is a unique ID, a mark of slavery.

RFID chip                                                             Nano chip

Animals – in subjection – have received tags, attached to their ears.
Like slaves, who used to get a small hole with an awl in their ear or a human brand.
But Christians are free and are not slaves to the material rich on this earth:

(John 8:32, 36) 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free….36 Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.
(Psalm 49: 5-7) 5 Why should I fear in the days of evil, When the iniquity at my heels surrounds me? 6 Those who trust in their wealth And boast in the multitude of their riches, 7 None of them can by any means redeem his brother, Nor give to God a ransom for him.

The lock down, people are barely allowed to go outside. Demonstrations and large gatherings are prohibited. Small and medium-sized companies are struggling.
It is also very difficult for the spiritually less fortunate, who do not understand why mom and dad can no longer visit them:

(Matthew 5: 3) 3 Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Or the situation of our elderly in nursing homes, where visits are not allowed:

(Ephesians 6: 2-3) 2 “Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment with promise: 3 “that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth.”

All their lives, Christians focus on what our High Priest has asked us to do.

The tasks of the High Priest

Hebrews chapter 5
The primary task of the High Priest was to bring gifts and sacrifices because of sin. (Heb. 5: 1-3) Aaron was the first High Priest and his 4 sons were priests. (Ex. 28: 1, Lev. 21: 10-15)
Two of his sons, Nadab and Abihu, were devoured by fire when they offered profane fire before God (Lev. 10: 1-2).
Being a high priest was a task for life (Num. 35: 25-32), and the successor (the eldest living son, in Aaron’s case Eleazar) should not have any defect (Lev. 21: 17-23).
Years later, Abraham’s great-grandchild Levi, the son of Jacob and Leah, was chosen by God to become the ancestor of the priestly line (Num. 3:12).
The tribe of Levi was chosen because they had proved to be faithful to God (YHWH) after the golden calf idolatry (Ex. 32: 24-26).
Their (hereditary) share was not a tribal area in the Promised Land, but they were given 48 towns with pasturages for their livestock (Num. 35: 1-7).
They also received all the tenths of the seed of the promised land as well as the fruit of the trees, all the tenths of cattle and small livestock and parts of the offerings (Num. 18: 20-24) (Lev. 27: 30,32). The tribe of Levi consisted of:

  • The High Priest, through whom only the service in the Most Holy could be performed.
  • The Priests, who performed the service in the Holy Area and on the altar of sacrifice.
  • The Levites who were not priests, but who performed the other sacred duties – that were not part of the sacrificial service – as servants of the priests.

The High Priest was ordained by first being washed, putting on special clothing such as the ephod (2-piece apron or short cloak) with the breastplate of the 12 gems (Ex. 28:29) and the anointing over the head with the special holy anointing oil (Lev. 8:12) (Ex. 30: 22-25, 30-33). This was followed by the sacrifice of a young bull and two rams along with the basket with unleavened bread (Lev. 8: 2).

The Christ is appointed as High Priest according to the composition of tasks of Melchizedek:

(Hebrews 5: 4-6) 4 And no man takes this honor to himself, but he who is called by God, just as Aaron was. 5 So also Christ did not glorify Himself to become High Priest, but it was He who said to Him: “You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.” 6 As He also says in another place: “You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek”;
(Psalm 110: 4) 4 The Lord has sworn And will not relent, “You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek.”

Jesus is the greater Aaron and will be King Priest to the order of Melchizedek for eternity.
The kingdom of Melchizedek, the king-priest of Salem, was a prophetic representation of the coming Messianic kingdom.
Jerusalem is one of the oldest cities in the world and according to Scripture has its origins in the Canaanite city of Salem. For Psalm 76 shows that Salem stands for the city of Jerusalem:

(Psalm 76: 1-2) 1….In Judah God is known; His name is great in Israel.2 In Salem also is His tabernacle, And His dwelling place in Zion.

Not all fear is always preventable, such as the fear of remaining obedient to the Almighty God (YHWH) under severe testing. But Jesus was heard by His supplications:

(Hebrews 5: 7) 7 who, in the days of His flesh, when He had offered up prayers and supplications, with vehement cries and tears to Him who was able to save Him from death, and was heard because of His godly fear,
(Luke 22: 42-44) 42 saying, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.” 43 Then an angel appeared to Him from heaven, strengthening Him. 44 And being in agony, He prayed more earnestly. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

Jesus overcame His fear through prayer and remained faithful to His Heavenly Father.
Paul warns that Christians sometimes fall back in their knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures:

(Hebrews 5: 12-14) 12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food. 13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. 14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

For some Christians who study little and become discouraged, the ‘milk’ is intended, the first basic understandings. For Christians who study regularly, the ‘solid food’ is intended.

The reward for faithful Christians

Hebrews chapter 6
All Christians who are filled with the Holy Spirit and become apostates, those let Jesus die again as a martyr. It is impossible to convert them again:

(Hebrews 6: 4-6) 4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, 5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6 if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.

Those who are fully committed of doing God’s work will not be forgotten:

(Hebrews 6:10) 10 For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
(Luke 12: 19-21) 19 And I will say to my soul, “Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years; take your ease; eat, drink, and be merry.” 20 But God said to him, ‘Fool! This night your soul will be required of you; then whose will those things be which you have provided?’ 21 So is he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.”

God swears by Himself with a hard promise to Abraham for a multitude of offspring, God cannot swear by anything higher than Himself:

(Hebrews 6: 14-15) 14 saying, “Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you.” 15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.
(Genesis 22: 16-17) 16 and said: “By Myself I have sworn, says the Lord, because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only son– 17 blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore;….

With an oath, God, who cannot lie, has confirmed that there are two irrevocable matters;

  • There is 1 seed in the promise to Abraham. That is Christ the High Priest (Gal. 3:16)
  • All the children of God, the Christians, belong to that seed (Gal. 3: 26-29)

(Hebrews 6: 17-20) 17 Thus God, determining to show more abundantly to the heirs of promise the immutability of His counsel, confirmed it by an oath, 18 that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us. 19 This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil, 20 where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.
(Galatians 3:16, 26-29) 16 Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Christ…. 26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

According to Paul, we have that hope of being the seed as an anchor for the soul because our High Priest Jesus has already entered into the Most Holy of Heaven (Heb. 6: 19-20).

The duties and properties of Jesus as High Priest

Hebrews chapter 7
Salem was a city also called ‘peace’ in Scripture. In Scripture, Salem is first mentioned during the meeting between Abraham and Melchizedek:

(Hebrews 7: 1-2) 1 For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of the Most High God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him, 2 to whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all, first being translated “king of righteousness,” and then also king of Salem, meaning “king of peace,”.
(Genesis 14: 18-20) 18 Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine; he was the priest of God Most High. 19 And he blessed him and said: “Blessed be Abram of God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth; 20 And blessed be God Most High, Who has delivered your enemies into your hand.” And he (Abraham) gave him a tithe (tenth) of all.

Melchizedek was king of righteousness and blessed Abraham.
Nothing is written about the beginning or end of Melchizedek’s life. This has similarities with the Son of God, Whose time of conception is unknown and Who will reign forever:

(Hebrews 7: 3) 3 without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God, remains a priest continually.
(Nehemiah 7:64) 64 These sought their listing among those who were registered by genealogy, but it was not found; therefore they were excluded from the priesthood as defiled.

As for the Jews, it was important that the line of their priesthood be carefully written down and preserved, as described in Nehemiah.
Remarkably, after his blessing, Abraham gave a tenth of the spoils to Melchizedek:

(Hebrews 7: 4,7,11) 4 Now consider how great this man was, to whom even the patriarch Abraham gave a tenth of the spoils…. 7 Now beyond all contradiction the lesser is blessed by the better…. 11 Therefore, if perfection were through the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people received the law), what further need was there that another priest should rise according to the order of Melchizedek,….

Jesus will be a High Priest in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron. According to the Law of Moses, Jesus could not become a High Priest. Jesus was from the tribe of Judah (Rev. 5: 5). According to Paul, the Law has brought nothing to perfection, but with Christ as High Priest we are given a new and better hope and this will bring us closer to God:

(Hebrews 7: 19,22,26) 19 for the law made nothing perfect; on the other hand, there is the bringing in of a better hope, through which we draw near to God…. 22 by so much more Jesus has become a surety of a better covenant….. 26 For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens;

After His perfect sacrifice, Jesus as High Priest no longer needs to make the daily offerings:

(Hebrews 7: 27) 27 who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the people’s, for this He did once for all when He offered up Himself.

Obeying Our High Priest Jesus in the New Covenant

Hebrews chapter 8
Jesus is our High Priest and now sits as High Priest at the right hand of God on the throne:

(Hebrews 8: 1-2) 1 Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, 2 a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.

Jesus is now as High Priest in the true tabernacle and the offering is His own flesh and blood. The 144,000 Saints are the new priesthood according to Scripture:

(1 Peter 2: 5) 5 you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

The high priest and priests on earth served in a shadow of the heavenly representation:

(Hebrews 8: 5) 5 who serve the copy and shadow of the heavenly things, as Moses was divinely instructed when he was about to make the tabernacle. For He said, “See that you make all things according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”
(Exodus 25:40) 40 And see to it that you make them according to the pattern which was shown you on the mountain.

Jesus is our Mediator of a much better covenant than the imperfect first covenant of the Law.
This New Covenant or agreement brings us much closer to our God YHWH till eternity:

(Hebrews 8: 8-9) 8 Because finding fault with them, He says: “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah– 9 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord.
(Jeremiah 31: 31-32) 31 Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah– 32 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke,….

The Lord’s Supper or Memorial Meal is the beginning of the New Covenant:

(Matthew 26:28) 28 For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

The New Covenant is given in the mind and written on the hearts of Christians:

(Hebrews 8:10) 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
(Jeremiah 31:33) 33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

The old covenant, the Law of Moses, has been replaced by the New Covenant of faith in the value of Jesus’ sacrifice, the forgiveness of sins.
With the death of Jesus, the veil between the Holy and Most Holy part of the temple was torn in two. The access to God through our Mediator and High Priest was open from then on:

(Mark 15:38) 38 Then the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.

The veil indicated that man had been separated from God by sin:

(Isaiah 59: 2) 2 But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear.

The torn veil indicated that the earthly tabernacle, the Holy of Holies, the earthly priests, and the sacrifices were no longer needed.
It also symbolizes that Jesus’ offering, the shedding of His own blood, was a completely accepted offering for the sins of mankind.
So the veil was not torn for Jesus, but for us.
On ‘the new earth’ the New Covenant will be fully fulfilled:
(see for this also: 5. Future https://www.dojc.nl/?p=5538&lang=en)

(Isaiah 54: 13-14) 13 All your children shall be taught by the Lord, And great shall be the peace of your children. 14 In righteousness you shall be established; You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; And from terror, for it shall not come near you.
(Zechariah 2: 10-11) 10 “Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion! For behold, I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,” says the Lord. 11 Many nations shall be joined to the Lord in that day, and they shall become My people. And I will dwell in your midst….

When we put faith in Jesus’ sacrifice, God will forgive us and our sins will no longer be remembered:

(Hebrews 8:12) 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”
(Jeremiah 31:34) 34 No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”

Finally:

Talmud Judaism wants to possess the wealth of all countries.
And in such a way that when the time of their Messiah (the Antichrist) comes, all people will be in bondage:

(Isaiah 61: 5-6) 5 Strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, And the sons of the foreigner Shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers. 6 But you shall be named the priests of the Lord, They shall call you the servants of our God. You shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, And in their glory you shall boast.

Unfortunately, the part in Isaiah was written for ‘the new earth’, certainly not for them.
Together with his Antichrist, Satan will make it very difficult for Christians to remain faithful.
The world will be consciously led into chaos, with the intention of having the ‘order out of chaos’ restored by the foretold Antichrist.
Always remember that the Christian faith will largely disappear, the foretold great apostasy (2 Thess. 2: 3). Christians, prevent to rebel:

(Ephesians 6:11) 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles (temptations) of the devil.
(Luke 12: 4-5) 4 “And I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. 5 But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him!

In the third part we will continue with Jesus as Mediator, the forgiveness of sins and the faith of our ancestors in a new homeland.
