Future part 5.pdf

Why Christians have a fervent desire for the promised future
NKJV (John 3:16) 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

In the previous article we talked about the judgment and the Millennial Kingdom, the New Jerusalem that will descend and the New Temple that will be built.
Jerusalem will become the center of the world, the center of worship.
Joyful, peaceful and happy times await us, but first we have to endure the current period in faithfulness. The pressure on Christians will become considerably higher.

Our Christian youth in particular must be protected because we see the power of the (demonic) influence increasing;
Outside the Christian family – at the schools – our Christian youth are pressured with a mandatory visit and ritual acts in mosques.
The internet entertainment industry and social media occupy many young people completely.
State schools in Scotland ‘will be required’ to teach pupils about the history of LGBTI equalities and movements (LGBTI = Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender and Intersex).
There will be no exemptions or opt-outs to the ‘gender-neutral’ policy. https://www.theguardian.com/education/2018/nov/09/scotland-first-country-approve-lgbti-school-lessons
The latter is clearly ‘Frankfurter Schule’ influence with their ‘critical theory’, by having criticism on every alleged repression or discrimination, rightly or wrongly.
Especially Christian principles and interests are undermined.
Because of this, from 1960, the sexual revolution came into being as an answer to stand up against the Christian monogamous way of life, to ‘liberate’ themselves from sexual oppression.
Christians accept all people, even if they have different feelings (Luke 6: 31-32).
But by this kind of ‘required’ education, Christian principles are violated:

NKJV (Matthew 19: 5-6) 5…… For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? 6 So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.

Christianity is based on justice and mercy.
Christians have voluntary love for their neighbors, out of their hearts, but do not love the wicked behavior of this world:

NKJV (1John 2: 15-16) 15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world–the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life–is not of the Father but is of the world.

The theme of this article is the final attack, the total destruction of Satan with his angels and the everlasting blessings and peace on the new earth.
